Include your order number, the flavor or product you ordered, and the flavor or product you received. Our team will review it and help with a replacement or resolution.

Your $30 gift card will be emailed to you once your Discovery Box is delivered. Your gift card can be applied once per order, and can be used on all products excluding other discovery boxes or gift cards.

You can swap flavors anytime from your subscription account portal. Log in using the email address you used at checkout, choose your active subscription, then select Swap Product or Edit Items.

Flavor changes must be made before your next order is processed. Once an order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to change the flavors in that shipment.

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription from your account portal. Log in, choose your active subscription, and select the option to pause, skip, or cancel.

To avoid being charged for the next order, please make subscription changes before your upcoming billing date. If your order has already processed, contact us as soon as possible, but we cannot guarantee changes after processing.

If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update the shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@drinkvinut.com with your order number and the correct address.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes. You may also be able to update delivery details directly through the carrier using your tracking link.

Most orders leave our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email automatically.
